Term & Conditions

Legal Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Echoes Global Education website, its content, enquiry facilities and online tools.

Last updated: 16 July 2026

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

1. About this website

This website is operated for Echoes Global Education. It provides general information about education pathways, admissions, student support, migration services, visa categories and related services. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Echoes Global Education, and “you” means any person who accesses or uses this website.

We may add, remove or update website content and services at any time. Availability of a course, institution, scholarship, visa pathway or other service may change without notice.

2. General information only

Website content is provided for general information and does not take account of your individual objectives, qualifications, finances, immigration history or circumstances. It is not legal, migration, financial, tax or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

Migration laws, policy settings, occupation lists, eligibility criteria, fees, evidence requirements and processing times can change. Education providers may also change entry requirements, intakes, tuition fees and course availability. You should verify current information with the relevant government authority or education provider before acting.

3. Migration assistance

Where immigration assistance is offered, it will be provided only through an appropriately authorised person and under a separate written engagement where required. Viewing this website, downloading material, using a calculator or submitting an enquiry does not create an adviser-client relationship.

No website statement is a promise that you qualify for a visa or that an application, nomination, sponsorship, skills assessment, appeal or review will succeed. A formal assessment can be made only after relevant facts and documents have been reviewed.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee admission, enrolment, a scholarship, credit transfer, employment, professional registration, sponsorship, a visa grant, permanent residence, a particular processing time or any other outcome. Decisions are made by independent education providers, assessing authorities, employers, government departments, courts or tribunals under the requirements applying at the time.

Your decision remains important

  • Consider your circumstances and obtain suitable advice before making a financial or migration commitment.
  • Do not make travel, employment or study arrangements solely because an enquiry or application has been submitted.
  • Meet every deadline stated by the relevant provider, authority or written service agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate and current information when using our forms or engaging our services. You remain responsible for reviewing information before submission, supplying genuine documents, keeping copies, monitoring correspondence and meeting applicable deadlines.

You must not impersonate another person, provide false or misleading information, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, scrape content at scale or use this website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

6. Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise us to contact you using the details supplied about the services you requested. Submission does not mean that an application has been prepared or lodged, that a deadline is being monitored, or that we have accepted instructions to act for you.

Do not send original documents or highly sensitive information through a general enquiry form. If your matter is urgent or subject to a deadline, contact our office directly and obtain written confirmation that we have agreed to assist.

7. Professional services, fees and refunds

Paid education or migration services are subject to a separate written agreement, quotation, invoice or engagement document. That document will describe the scope of work, professional fees, payment terms, responsibilities and any applicable cancellation or refund arrangements. If it conflicts with these website terms in relation to an engaged service, the specific written agreement will apply to that service.

Government charges, education provider fees, health examinations, police checks, translations, skills assessments, English tests, insurance and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.

8. Calculators and online tools

Any calculator, checklist, eligibility indicator or comparison tool on this website provides an estimate based on limited inputs and assumptions. Results may not reflect all legal, policy, provider or personal requirements and are not a decision by any government body or education provider.

This website may link to government departments, education providers, social networks and other third-party websites for convenience. Those websites are independently controlled and may have their own terms, privacy practices and accessibility standards. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for third-party content, availability or security.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, branding, downloads and other original material are owned by or licensed to Echoes Global Education and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, distribute, frame or commercially exploit website material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Privacy and personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any collection notice or privacy policy made available to you. Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess service needs, deliver agreed services, maintain records, improve our website and meet legal obligations.

Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please contact us if you have a privacy question, want to correct your contact details or believe information has been sent to us in error.

12. Website availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access. Maintenance, technical faults, cyber incidents or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures and maintaining backups of information important to you.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated and are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, third-party content, website interruption, unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control or your failure to verify current requirements.

Where a guarantee, condition or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access to all or part of the website where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, legal rights or website operation, or where these terms have been materially breached. Provisions intended to continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The updated version takes effect when published with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable law, the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
